Firstly, I want to say an enormous thank you to everyone who has reached out and messaged me following my previous article. It really means the world especially when I know how busy you all are. For you to take the time to write heartfelt messages of support is so kind of you all and the effort has definitely not gone unappreciated.
In this week’s MiniPod, I want to share a few more of my thoughts (in a far less structured way!) about some of the feelings I have around what happened. There’s so much to say but honestly, I’m figuring it out as I go and just doing everything I can to sit in the feelings and not ignore them or figure out a way to avoid them.
I’d love to hear your own thoughts and reactions to my early morning musings here but mostly I just hope it give you 11 minutes to yourself.
